Orders Processing Time
We take 1~3 business days for processing orders and upload tracking number within 48 Hours.
Shipping Time
For standard shipping, orders usually arrive 6-8 business days after the shipping date.
For economy shipping, orders will usually arrive 15-45 business days after the shipping date.
When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.

Shipping Delay: We will notify you in case of Shipping delay through email and refund you if don't want to wait for a longer time.
Cancellation
Once your order has been paid, you need to cancel your order within 5 hours before our warehouse handle your order. We do not offer cancellation once parcel have been sent out. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.

Shipping Carriers.
Grace ships using Fedex,DHL,DUP,UPS,EMS etc, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
Refused Shipments – Flat Fee.
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of USD200 /pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method,Less USD200.
